Who doesn't like a good face mask from time to time? I know I do and I honestly don't use a face mask enough in my skincare routines. I recently received the Olehenriksen Cold Plunge Pore Mask and wanted to create a first impressions video as well as me demoing it for you on my YouTube channel.
Wether you have oily skin with enlarged pores or not, anyone can use this mask no matter what your skin type is. I have normal/combo skin and tend to get oily on my chin and t-zone area but I wouldn't say I am someone with enlarged pores.
Find out if I loved or hated the product and my final review will be at the end of the video.
Today I am talking all about under eyes and how to STOP under eye concealer from creasing into fines lines and making your under eyes look cakey. I know we have all experienced this and I think we can all agree that it is NOT a cute look.
I have tried a lot of different techniques and products over the years and nothing seemed to work on eliminating under creasing. I am someone that never gives up and because I love makeup and skincare so much I find it fun to experiment and find ways to improve makeup application.
I am so happy to say that I have finally came up with a technique using six steps and specific products. There is no more under creasing or cakeyness, my under concealer lasts all day, it looks smooth and natural and it's perfect.
I have uploaded a video to my YouTube channel on the products I use and I demonstrate how I do it step by step.
Spring is finally hear and summer is just around the corner, so let's get our skin "tan" ready.
There are so many great self tanners on the market but when it comes to "certain" needs and what you are looking for in a self tanner is another story. It can be hard to find the perfect self tanner that gives you the perfect bronzed shade, doesn't stink (let's be honest, some smell really bad), that doesn't transfer onto clothes/sheets and that lasts a fairly long time with an even fade.
If that sounds like a self tanner you are looking for then let me introduce you to the Bali Body Dark Self Tanning Mousse. This self tanner is Australian made and only comes in the one shade. In my opinion, it's better to get the darkest shade as the tan will last longer on your skin, take longer to fade and you won't have to self tan as often which is nice because that can be time consuming on the best of days. You can also say GOODBYE to that gross self tanner smell because this gem doesn't have it. Can I get an amen? This self tanner doesn't smell like fake tropical scents but it does smell like fresh linen like you have just done a fresh load of laundry. It smells so nice and fresh.
I uploaded a video onto my YouTube channel talking all about the Bali Body Dark Self Tanning Mousse and mitt, how I apply it, how long it lasts and I also show before and after pictures as well.
If you have tried the Drunk Elephant Umbra Sheer Physical Daily Defense SPF 30 Sunscreen and loved it then you will love this one as well. It has the same consistency, thickness as the Umbra Sheer other than there is a tint. It's not your typical basic tinted sunscreen this Umbra Tinte gives you a lot of colour pay off which can be buildable and give an amazing glow to your skin.
If I am not self tanning my body and neck and then I go and put this tinted sunscreen on, the colour difference between my face and neck is insanely different. How I fix this is, I will bring the SPF down onto my neck so that it all blends or I will go in with a lighter shade of a foundation to tone down the darkness so that it matches with my neck.
If you are self tanning and you are someone that doesn't like to tan your face then this SPF will be fore you. It will blend right in, it's buildable and the best thing is that is washes off at night so that you can start all over the next day.
I uploaded a video to my YouTube channel on how I use it and talk a little more about it over there.

Who doesn't love a good face oil? If you have oil skin you CAN use a face oil.
Face oils do wonderful things to our skin if we are picking the right one for our skins needs and concerns. I have been using the brand called The Ordinary for over a year and I literally can't say more then good things about this brand. Not only is this brand amazing that is jam packed with high percentages of ingredients this line is SUPER AFFORDABLE. Their lowest priced product is around $5 and the most expensive is about $20. AMAZING right? If you are on a budget and you are looking for quality ingredients then The Ordinary is for you.
I have been using these four face oils for a long time and the results that I have seen are mind blowing. I use these oils on different days of the week depending on what my skin is needing.
Today I am talking about the all new Drunk Elephant Slaai Makeup Melting Butter Cleanser/ Bamboo Booster Exfoliant. This product was released under two weeks ago. As soon I seen this product was available to purchase I immediately put it in my cart and checked out.
If you are looking for a makeup remover that removed stubborn makeup and sunscreen like a dream then you will want to invest in this product immediately. This multipurpose product can be used many different ways such as removing your makeup, using it as a cleanser, as a mask and to be used hand in hand with the new Drunk Elephant Bamboo Booster which comes with the melting butter.
I uploaded a full review on these two products on my YouTube channel. I also demo it and show you how I use it and how well it removes all of my makeup.
I really hope you enjoy this video.

Are you using a Vitamin C 🍊 product in your skincare routine yet? If your answer is no, then girl.... you better get on that sooner rather than later.
Vitamin C, Retinol or a Retin-A product are your TOP three anti-aging products for younger looking skin. It will help reverse damaged skin caused by the sun, skin discolouration from poor health choices, wrinkles, past acne scaring and much more. Vitamin C will bring back brightness saying goodbye to dull tired looking skin and it will bring back firmness to your skin as well.
If you are thinking to yourself that you don't have any of the following skin issues and if you should still use a Vitamin C... Your answer is YES! Prevention is key.
In my latest YouTube video I talk about which Vitamin C product I use, how I incorporate into my skincare routine, what product that should be used with it and how you should maintain the life of the product. I share many important tips that you need to know before using any Vitamin C product.

Have you checked out the new Urban Decay Naked Reloaded Eyeshadow Palette? If you haven't then you will want to check out my video from my YouTube channel.
As you may know, Urban Decay discontinued their very first Naked 1 palette. I know, I am so sad about it and I will be cherishing what is left of that palette for my life lol but it was replaced with the new Reloaded palette and I am not disappointed about it.
All Urban Decay Naked palettes are so good, they are pigmented and some of the formulas of the shades are smooth and buttery and I just love it. These palettes also last a really long time, they are great to travel with and worth every penny.
I hope you enjoy the video and if you could subscribe that would be greatly appreciated💗
Let's talk "hair." Olaplex is a GAME CHANGER. This magical "take home" line has changed my hair for the best. I go to a salon that carries and uses Olaplex. Olaplex has an exclusive product that only salons can use that is added to the bleach or hair dye to prevent damage, breakage, dryness you name it.
If you have been following my blog for some time or on Instagram you know that I have always been a blonde. There was a time when I decided to go "brunette" (I did a blog post all about it here) and I wasn't digging it. To make a long story short I didn't like it and decided to get blonde put in it a few days after I had went solid brown.
I went through a lot of hair damage and breakage. The feeling of my hair was like straw and it took a very long time to get my hair back to health it once was and to the tone of blonde that I once had as well.
Olaplex wasn't around when I was going through my dramatic experience (sigh) but I have been using this line for over a year and the results are amazing.
I uploaded a video on my YouTube channel explaining what it does and how to use it.
I hope you enjoy this video and find it helpful, especially if you are someone dealing with damaged hair or you are thinking of making a dramatic colour change.
Last week I uploaded a video on my YouTube channel reviewing the all new Olehenriksen Banana Bright Primer as well as the Banana Bright Eye Creme which I have reviewed on here before last year. Both of these products go hand in hand with one another so I thought it would be appropriate to mention both in this video.
I won't go too much in detail on here as I share everything in the video. These two products have the "famous" Banana Powder in them which gives the skin a luminous and glowing finish. Although these products don't smell like banana's (which I wish they did) they have a nice subtle citrus scent to them which is fresh and enjoyable.
These products are cruelty free, free of harmful ingredients like formaldehydes, parabens and much more. These products are great for all skin types and both work amazing under makeup.
I recently posted a YouTube video on four top sunscreens that work AMAZING under your makeup. I have done a lot of research and trial and errors and I finally rounded up four sunscreens that are my holy grails.
It is so hard to find mineral sunscreens that have no fragrance, that work great under makeup and that doesn't react to your skin and cause irritation.
All of these mineral sunscreens have "Zinc Oxide" which is the KEY ingredient that you want to have in your sunscreens especially "face sunscreens." This will help eliminate UVA and UVB rays and protect your skin even more than just a sunscreen with "Titanium Dioxide." Mineral sunscreens sit on the surface of your skin while chemical sunscreens get absorbed in the deeper layers of your skin which is what you DON'T want.
These four sunscreens all have different SPF's, different percentages of Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide and they all have different finishes as well. Two of these are tinted and the other two are none tinted.
There has been so much hype and interest in the new Cover FX primers that just came out a few weeks ago. I have been trying to get my hands on two of the primers in particular and finally received them last week. Every time I wanted to order them they kept selling out and I can understand why.
The two that I really wanted to try was the Cover FX Gripping + Firming primer and the Blurring + Pore Minimizer primer. I was never one for using primers as I never found one that I absolutely loved and worked how I wanted it to with my beauty routine. When these Cover FX primers came out and with all the positive reviews that were being written I knew I had to try them for myself.
I uploaded a full video on them on my YouTube channel. Check it out if you are looking for an amazing primer or if you are looking to have the best makeup result you have ever had.
I hope you are all having a great week so far. In my latest YouTube video I talked about the current Buxom Lip products that I have from their line. I talked a little about each shade and also showed what it looks like on my lips.
I currently have four of Buxom's Big & Sexy Bold Satin Gel lipsticks and two of the Wanderlust Plumping Lip Creams from their newest collection.
If you are in the market for some new lip products and looking for some new shades from spring then you will definitely want to check out this video.
Friday I uploaded a Drunk Elephant review on my YouTube channel on all the products I currently use and which order you should be using them in. I have been using Drunk Elephant products for a long time and with the experience and knowledge that I have from using these products, I wanted to create a video in hopes I can educate you on how to use them properly.
I have seen amazing results with my skins appearance with using just a handful of products from the Drunk Elephant line. Drunk Elephant has a lot of products to offer but that doesn't mean you need to invest in all of them to get amazing results. Your skin may just be lacking a couple of products. You may need a retinol cream or maybe you need an oil.
Study your skin and see what it really needs.
Products I currently use from the Drunk Elephant skincare line:
I don't know about you but I am forever in a hurry, I wait until the last minute to get out of bed and to get ready for the day. I need a quick makeup look that is going to get me out the door in 10-15 minutes while still looking put together, glowy and natural.
In this YouTube video, I show you how I get my 10 minute makeup look that I do 5 out of the 7 days a week. Of course for the sake of this video, it is longer than 10 minutes as I am chatting about the products and showing you how I apply everything. I swear in "Real life" it takes me only 10-15 minutes to do and that to me is the perfect amount of time to spare for those busy hectic days.

Ok, so I apologize that I am just sharing this post/video now as this was my "Friday Favourites" video last week on YouTube. This past weekend was crazy busy and yesterday I was at my other job so today I am posting this video and it's a definite must see.
If you are looking for some newly released plumping lip creams, a cleansing device that you only have to charge once every 5 months with amazing skin results and much more than you won't want to miss this video.
If you have already seen this video on my YouTube channel than you are already a head of the game and thanks so much for watching.
First, off thank you to all the amazing emails and feedback on me starting my YouTube channel. You guys are seriously so sweet and kind.
The one big question out in the beauty world is if Retinol is worth investing in? I am all for trying out new products and putting them to the test to see for myself. It's the only way to answer your own question by putting it on your own skin. Everyone has different skin types, reactions and opinions. What might work for me may not work for you and vice versa but what do you have to lose? If you never try it for yourself you will never know if one product can be life changing for your skin with results that you had always wanted.
I tried the new Drunk Elephant A-Passioni Retinol Cream and reviewed it on my YouTube channel. Let me just say.... you don't want to miss this video!
Last week on Instastories I finally announced that I have started my own YouTube channel. I have been wanting to start my own channel for a couple of years and I just kept putting it off as life got in the way. I told myself on New Years that starting January 2019 that I am going to get my butt in gear and finally start my own YouTube channel and that is exactly what I did.
Not only did I want to start my own channel and share my love and passion for beauty, skincare, fashion and much more but I have also had a lot of you ask me if I was ever going to start a YouTube channel and if I could start one.
Last Thursday I posted my first video and did it on my most asked question.... "How do I maintain my blonde and keep it so ashy and white." I have talked about these products before on a blog post and on my Instagram on IGTV but I went into more detail in this video and thought it would be a great video to start with.
I will be sharing everything from beauty, makeup, skincare, hauls, tutorials, fashion and much more!
It would mean the world to me if you could subscribe to my channel (that is if you want to of course) and share my videos if you find them helpful as well as clicking that thumbs up button :)
I am going to try and get two videos up every week but incase I don't I will definitely get one video up to start with. I do have another day time job that I work in a School Board so if I can coordinate everything right I will have two videos up a week :)
