VEST OBSESSED

Sweater- H&M {Sold Out} love this and this || Jeans- Guess || Boots- Aldo {Old} Similar || Belt- H&M || Vest- Old Navy || Sunglasses- Rayban || Lips- MAC || Nails- Essie Fifth Avenue

When it comes to fall and winter I love to wear vests with a heavy knit sweater or a light sweater. I had been looking for a vest for a long time but all the ones that I ended up finding were the shiny/ slushy material vests, which I do like but I wanted to find one that was soft and a little more dressy. When I came across this one from Old Navy I knew this had been the one that I had been looking for. It has a zipper as well as buttons which I love and it's grey which will go with pretty much anything. This vest believe it or not is super warm and comfortable and affordable.

I dressed this look up with riding boots, a cable knit sweater and a red lip but I also love to dress this vest down as well. You can see that post here.

Do you like to wear vests just as much as I do?

Have an amazing day and thank you so much for stopping by, xo!!

Good Morning and Happy Friday!!

Skulls and leather. Yes please!
I have this slight obsession when it comes to skulls, especially paired with leather. The two together is kind of bad ass which I love!! I am such a girly girl but sometimes I like to dress edgy but making it still look chic. This look is one of my favorite outfits to wear lately and I love wearing different graphic tee's with this jacket also. This outfit paired with some black pumps looks killer or even black boots/booties. Which will bring me to another outfit post, so stay tuned. :)

Have an amazing weekend and thank you so much for all of your sweet comments, it really means a lot, xo!!

 Good Morning!!

I hope you all had a lovely weekend. I had a tone going on this past week that I took this weekend to do absolutely nothing. Sunday I wore my Guess jeans, sneakers and this sweater that I got from Old Navy. I love that I can either wear this sweater undone or buttoned up to give outfits a different look. I kept my accessories to a minimum and just wanted to be comfy.

Have a great Monday and thank you so much for reading, xo!!

HOW TO STYLE COMBAT BOOTS

Today I am teaming up again with the lovely Barbie from The Parlor Girl to show you how to style and incorporate combat boots into your fall and winter wardrobe. There are so many different ways you can style and pair combat boots, whether it's with a moto jacket, a blouse, a heavy sweater, a graphic tee {like Barbie} to add some edge and you can also be wearing the most girly outfit and combat boots will still look amazing. These boots can also be laced up to the top or you can undo some laces and tie them around your ankle to add more edge. These boots are so versatile and that's why we love them so much.

I love that Barbie kept it girly by incorporating the skirt but she also made it edgy with the graphic tee and the studded clutch, which I absolutely love. She is gorgeous isn't she?

Ever since I bought these combat boots, I haven't been able to take them off. These boots are perfect for fall and winter and as I mentioned above, they go with almost anything. I love pairing these boots with sweaters, leather jackets, jean jackets, leather leggings, Lululemon leggings and so much more. I also love pairing these boots with a plaid shirt and a moto jacket which I did above. It almost gives a biker/ lumberjack look which I am totally digging.

P.s. Can I just say that I am obsessed with wearing a bold red lip. It totally completed this look and gives some classiness to the outfit also. I have been wearing a red lip almost everyday and absolutely love it, especially this lipstick shade.

Make sure to head on over to Barbie's blog for more fashion tips and styling

APPLE PICKING

Sweater- H&M | Pants- Lululemon Wunder Under Leggings | Boots- Aldo | Belt- H&M | Sunglasses- Raybans | Bracelet- Pandora | Watch- Guess | Nails- Essie Fifth Avenue

Fall is one of my favorite times of year. I love when the leaves start to change, the windows are wide open, it's such a pretty time of year and one of my favorite things to do during the fall is to go apple picking. I have been apple picking since I was five years old and have been going every year since then without missing a year. It's definitely a tradition of mine and I feel like a little girl again when I do go, it's so much of fun and it never ever gets old. I love to climb the tree's and pick the ones that are at the very top and of course I only pick the "perfect apples." If it takes an hour and a half to get a full bag of perfect apples, then so be it, not to mention, I have to taste test them too, so of course I leave there completely full.

Afterwards, I usually always {never leave without} go to the bakery and buy some homemade butter tarts, donuts, cheese curds and a desert wine, which is another tradition of mine that I refuse to break! Obvi right?

I'm thinking I will need to go again before the apples are all picked!
Do you enjoy apple picking as much as I do?

Thank you so much for stopping by, xo!!

STRIPES

Top- Ralph Lauren | Pants- Guess | Bag- Guess | Watch- Guess | Shoes- Old Navy | Sunglasses- Ray bans

Happy Friday, I hope everyone had a great week!

Today's outfit is yet another "nautical" look that I like to wear. There is just something about navy and white stripes that I am drawn to and the two colours are also a favorite of mine. Being on a boat during the summer months is one of my favorite things to do and this outfit reminds me of that.
Like I have mentioned before these boat shoes are just the most comfortable shoes to wear and if you have these pair from Old Navy or if you have a pair of Sperry's, I am sure you will agree with me.

Have a great weekend and thank you so much for reading, xo!!

FUN OUTFITS

Top- Jacob {Old} | Pants- H&M {Sold Out}/ summer collection} Booties- Old Navy | Watch- Guess | Glasses- Raybans | Scarf- Old Navy | Bag- Coach | Nails- Essie Fifth Avenue

I love to have fun with my outfits and incorporate patterns and colours together. Polka dots are such a fun pattern to wear and you can pair it in a lot of different ways. The scarf completed the look that I was going for and made the outfit even more fun to wear. I have been really loving these pants ever since I got them, the colour is gorgeous..

I hope you all had a great weekend!
We had the most relaxing fun filled weekend at the resort & spa and spent the day's in the water and lounging by the lake drinking some beers. We also went on a pontoon boat and toured the lake and saw some celebrity and NHL cottages, which were unbelievably gorgeous and you can imagine how depressed I felt afterwards lol. We also went for a walk along a country road and came across five deer and was literally 5 feet away from all of them. It was an incredible experience and took some amazing pictures. It was definitely a weekend that I will never forget and I am so glad I created new memories.

Have a great Monday and thank you so much for reading, xo!!

FALL READY

Sweater- Jacob | Pants- American Eagle | Boots- Aldo | Scarf- Aldo | Watch- Guess | Nails- Essie Fifth Avenue

Riding boots have to be one of my favorite boots to wear during the fall and winter months. It's such a classic boot and goes with pretty much anything. I have always loved the look of a light sweater, dark jeans and a scarf paired with riding boots. I also tend to wear these boots a lot with my black Lululemon Wunder Under leggings with a big heavy cable knit sweater {which I will be posting next week}. It is seriously the most comfortable outfit to wear in the cooler months!

I hope you all have a great weekend. I am headed up north to a resort and spa with my boyfriend and some friends. We are going to be going on a pontoon boat to explore the lake/ cottages, campfires= s'mores, heated pools/ hot tubs and some relaxation. I am so excited!!

Have a great weekend and thank you so much for all of your sweet comments that you always leave, xo!!

SOUTHERN

Top- American Eagle | Shorts- American Eagle | Belt- H&M | Scarf- Old Navy | Booties- Old Navy | Bracelet- Bought in Antigua | Sunglasses- Raybans

Happy Friday, I hope you all had a great week!

Even though fall is just around the corner, we ended up getting a heat spell here in Canada and decided I better wear this outfit before it get's too cold. I have always loved dressing a little southern. It's such cute and feminine look and my love for country music is indescribable. Cowboy boots would have actually topped off this look but these booties work just as well. When I saw these booties, I knew I had to have them and not to mention, the day I went to Old Navy, the whole store was take 50% off any one item, so of course I got these beauties, what a deal! After looking in my collection of scarves, I knew that this was the scarf that would complete this southern inspired look, wouldn't you say?

Have an amazing weekend everyone and thanks for reading, xo!!
