Can you tell that this is one of my new favorite spots to take pictures? It is so beautiful and peaceful at this location and it is always sunny when I make my way down there whether I am taking pictures or not.

This vest was from last year from Old Navy. They had one that was very similar to this one this year but it sold out quickly. I did link a coupe of cute ones above as well as below if you are interested.

There is nothing more comfortable than a pair of Lululemon leggings, a long tunic, riding boots and of course the famous tartan blanket scarf to top it off. This look can be worn on the weekends and depending on where you work, you could wear this there {I definitely wear this to work quite a bit}. This isn't just a fall outfit, definitely wear this look in the winter too.

Happy Wednesday! I hope you all are having a great week. I love pairing cute sweaters with belts as an added accessory and transforming a casual or classy outfit and giving it a little extra. I also love adding statement necklaces as well to give the look a pop of glam!

It must have been because it was really cold out the day I took these pictures and there was absolutely no sun.  As much as I like to dress in color {which is a must during the colder months}, neutrals are usually a go to during the winter. I don't wear a whole lot of black and brown in the warmer months so now that it's colder, I am taking advantage and getting some use out of my "neutral" side of the closet.

 

I really love this outfit because it's casual but classy at the same time, so it's best of both worlds!

 Plaid, lace and cable knit sweater's have definitely been on repeat lately. I paired this dress with my plaid top and sweater over top of it, along with my riding boots which I think is the perfect touch in completing this look. I am totally OBSESSED with this outfit and I can't wait to style this dress differently with other sweaters and boots. I really love wearing my dresses in different way's other than just wearing it as a dress. Plus, being creative and thinking of new way's I can style my outfits with clothing I already own is a always a bonus and a tone of fun!

VEST OBSESSED

When it comes to fall and winter I love to wear vests with a heavy knit sweater or a light sweater. I had been looking for a vest for a long time but all the ones that I ended up finding were the shiny/ slushy material vests, which I do like but I wanted to find one that was soft and a little more dressy. When I came across this one from Old Navy I knew this had been the one that I had been looking for. It has a zipper as well as buttons which I love and it's grey which will go with pretty much anything. This vest believe it or not is super warm and comfortable and affordable.

 

I dressed this look up with riding boots, a cable knit sweater and a red lip but I also love to dress this vest down as well. You can see that post here.

Hey Everyone!

 

Today's outfit post was what I wore on Friday. I have always loved the look of denim on denim but to add that "fall" feel, I paired the look with riding boots and a cognac belt. I kept the outfit very casual and kept the accessories to a minimum. This look is a little southern meets fall and it's personally one of my favorite combos to wear.
