On the weekends, I always like to dress down from a busy work week but I still like to add a little classiness as well. I may wear this blanket scarf too much but honestly, I love how versatile it is and how I can tie and wrap around different ways so it always looks different every time. It is also a great way to add colour and texture.  These shoes are by far the comfiest heels I have ever own, and they also come in black.

I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas. I had a really nice holiday and I definitely got spoiled this year.

There are always winter staples that tend to be repeated every year. Of course the plaid blanket scarf is always a go to accessory and you can wear it so many ways which makes this scarf so versatile no matter what you are wearing. Booties are always the "go to boot" when achieving any winter look, whether you are going for a casual or an edgy chic look. Beanies some how can always be dressed up or down and let's face it, it's a cute addition to the final look.

Can you tell that this is one of my new favorite spots to take pictures? It is so beautiful and peaceful at this location and it is always sunny when I make my way down there whether I am taking pictures or not.

This vest was from last year from Old Navy. They had one that was very similar to this one this year but it sold out quickly. I did link a coupe of cute ones above as well as below if you are interested.
