A black and white outfit is a nice change from always resorting to colour when you want to make a statement. I haven't paired a black and white look since fall has arrived as I have been all caught up in the "tartan" plaid flannel shirts and blanket scarves. It's nice to dress in neutral and create a statement look by wearing a bold necklace and a pair of black pumps.

If you haven't already noticed on my Instagram posts, I have been having a slight obsession with plaid, especially blanket scarves and shirts. I have been on a mission to find a plaid blazer for some time and found this one at Target. It's a great quality blazer, reasonably priced and it's perfect for any occasion, not to mention perfect for fall and winter. Pair this look with some cute heels, flats or tall riding boots and you are all set.

How fabulous is this clutch? I have been eyeing this clutch for a few weeks now and I finally said to myself, I AM GETTING IT. I love the two tone colours and the tribal print in between. I was due for a new clutch and I loved how fun this one was. Not only is this a fabulous clutch for spring and summer but it's also great for fall and winter to give some pops of color in the colder months.

Also, I finally bought these Ray Ban Wayfarers. As you all know, I always wear my Ray Ban Aviators. I am not going to lie, I am obsessed with them and would totally own all the colours they come in. I only wear Ray Ban sunglasses and the quality of them are amazing, they are stylish, a lot of them are unisex so the boyfriend and I can share our sunglasses {bonus} and they are the only brand that doesn't hurt my eyes. I am so happy I bought these, love them.

I love a good patterned dress from time to time, especially paired with a crisp white blazer to create a sleek look. Pattern dresses are definitely work appropriate and great for any occasion. I have a lot of solid coloured dresses in my wardrobe which are great but it's also nice to add a few patterned dresses as well to give you different options and looks.

TARGET STYLE

 When I was putting this outfit together I realized that the whole outfit was from Target.

This has been my favorite dress to wear since I bought it and I love pairing it with these booties. These booties are so comfortable and have been wearing them a tone even with jeans and leggings. I wanted to add a pop of colour to the look and I did that by adding a raspberry coloured belt to break up the black and grey and I matched my lip colour to the belt as well. I would have worn a berry colour polish on my nails also but since I have been giving my nails a break lately I skipped on the polish.
