Achieving the perfect bold lip, no matter what colour it is, is sometimes hard to achieve. It can be really frustrating and stressful, making sure that it looks perfect and smudge free. While following these simple tips, you will be rocking the perfect bold lip.
Step 1: Prepping The Lips
Making sure your lips are flake free is the first step in rocking a bold lip.
