I have been dying to wear white denim all winter but since the weather has been mild and sunny lately, these jeans came out early.. White denim is so fresh and it's a nice change from dark denim.

This stripe top has a ballerina back which has a lower cut in the back. This top will be cute with a pair of high rise denim shorts or tucked into a pencil skirt.

CHOKER BLOUSE

We had some amazing spring like weather here in Ontario over the weekend that this outfit was in order. It was nice to finally wear some heels and keep the boots and heavy coats at home.

I have been on a "choker" craze these days and this blouse has to be one of my favorites. It's light weight which will be perfect for spring and summer and the colour is just too pretty.

There is nothing better than being at home, reading your favorite book and in your most comfortable clothes ever. Oh, and this lace up tee by the way is beyond comfortable!! I think it is so important to take a day or even a few hours out of the day {if you can} and take some down time and do whatever makes you happy. Usually blogging and writing these posts for you guys is what I love to do when I have some down time but I do like to read a book from time to time and right now I am loving this book curated by Gwyneth Paltrow called "Goop Clean Beauty." It has everything you would want to know from clean eating, healthy beauty advice, skincare and much more. Now that I am getting older, I am really starting to watch on what I am putting into and onto my skin/body. It is never too late to start and this book was a real wake up call and a great book to resort to over time for a little reminder.

CLASSIC PIECES

Having classic pieces like a crisp boyfriend blazer, high waisted denim {with no distress to them} and a bodysuit are always pieces that you are going to wear for years to come no matter what the occasion is. I always like to purchase blazers that are neutral in colour {sure a fun colour at times} and a length that hits me right at the thigh {like above} which are called "boyfriend" blazers. I find these blazers fit and look the best on me than the blazers that sit right at the waist.
